The Hague, Netherlands – The recent DIHNET Academy event (9-13.09.2024), organised by TNO, brought together Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) from across Europe to share best practices and learn from successful initiatives. One such project that stood out was Change2Twin, as a prime example of a DIH driving innovation at the European level.
Change2Twin showcased how DIHs can play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between SMEs and technology providers. By offering tailored support and services, DIHs can help SMEs adopt emerging technologies and drive digital transformation. The project’s success highlighted the importance of building strong partnerships, leveraging European networks, and widely spreading the use of digital twins at the local level.
The DIHNET Academy event provided a valuable platform for DIHs to connect with peers, share experiences, and learn from each other. Participants were able to explore different approaches and ideas for DIHs to gain valuable insights, expand their networks, and strengthen their position as key players in the European innovation ecosystem.
Change2Twin serves as a model for other DIHs, demonstrating the potential for driving innovation and economic growth through effective collaboration and the adoption of emerging technologies.
